The Committee on Ministry evaluates the church’s ministry to determine how effectively leadership, staff, and laypersons execute the mission and vision of the church. The CoM measures whether each entity meets its goals and objectives.

This committee maintains an independent role. That means it is not a committee of the board, although it works closely with the board, the minister, and reports to the congregation. Persons who enjoy developing strategy and evaluating outcomes would love serving on the CoM.
