Believe it or not, the words “pinky swear” still have meaning to many of us. We ask each other to make a pinky swear in jest AND when want someone to pay attention to a promise we’ve made with them. Good things happen when we honor our pinky swears. At the heart of UU identity is another pinky swear called covenant. This sermon is a follow-up from the previous week on the power of covenant.
