10:30 am: We gather as one community in the sanctuary
for a brief time of worship.
Heart Talk, a series of sessions on how to communicate using non-violent communication skills.
This program is being offered for three of our four age groups.
This week, we begin learning how to be empathetic requires we begin within ourselves; this week we explore self-empathy or compassion for ourselves and communication.

Junior Youth: middle school ages
I can look inside myself and find out what I feel and what I need.This is called giving myself empathy. Then I can ask for help from myself or someone else to get what I need.
Senior Youth: high school ages
Exploring ethics and their place in our daily decision making through the lens of Unitarian Universalism.
