The Board of Trustees is responsible for policy, finances, facilities and staffing. The Board is the executive power of the Church, always subject to the Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation and, ultimately, the control of the congregation. The Board of Trustees is in charge of property and funds; it conducts business affairs, and it controls the administration of the Church. The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Meetings are open unless personnel matters are being discussed. Additional information regarding the powers and function of the Board may be found in the church Amended_bylaws_18Apr04.
