Join us in a life of spiritual enrichment and a continuing search for truth and meaning in life’s journey. Ours is not an easy religion; no one here has all of the answers, or even most of them. But we continually search for the right ways to engage with the world around us, particularly our fellow humans, in order to promote love, compassion, justice and peace. Our guiding principles lead us:

1st Principle: The inherent worth and dignity of every person;

2nd Principle: Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;

3rd Principle: Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;

4th Principle: A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;

5th Principle: The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;

6th Principle: The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;

7th Principle: Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

Becoming a member of this church is simple: sign our membership book, make a financial contribution, and engage in church life.

The membership book is available every Sunday in the sanctuary or you may wish to contact the Reverend Xolani Kacela minister@uuchurchlc.org to arrange an appointment to discuss membership.
