Mission Statement - The mission of the Membership Committee is to welcome visitors, orient newcomers toward membership, and integrate new members into the life of the church community.

Behavioral Covenant - Individual committee members expect that they will be able to fully express their opinions on committee matters, that their opinions will be received in a respectful manner and that their opinions will receive thoughtful consideration. Committee members expect that committee work will be shared equitably among all committee members.

Individual committee members covenant that they will arrive at each meeting on time, prepared to do the work of the committee, treat fellow committee members with respect and meet their personal commitments for assigned committee tasks.

If members are unable to attend a particular meeting, they will notify the committee chair in advance. If members are unable to complete an assigned task, they will notify the Chair as soon as possible so that the work can be completed by others.
